VIPM has a built-in error logging mechanism that stores internal error information to a file.
When supporting you, a VIPM engineer may ask you to provide the most recent error log file generated by VIPM. The error log files are located here: (most recent file)
For VIPM 2013 and above:
For VIPM 2012 and older:
Follow the instructions to send us the troubleshooting logs.
Windows Vista and 7:
Location of Error file ==> C:\ProgramData\JKI\VIPM\error
The ProgramData folder may be hidden. Watch this video which shows how to make this folder visible:
Windows XP:
Location of Error file ==> C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\JKI\VIPM\error
