This video tutorial describes how to import a driver from the Instrument Driver Network into VI Package Manager. Importing into VIPM has several benefits:

• Allow for revision control of updates to the driver.
• Allow for roll-back to previous versions of the driver when needed.
• Provides the ability for redistributing the driver with internal or public repositories.
• Wrap up all driver dependencies in a VIPC file for use offline.
