[18825] VIPM API doesn't handle LabVIEW 2020

Problem

The VIPM throws an error when you try to specify VIPM 2020.

The root problem is that “VIPM API_vipm_api.lvlib:Check LV Version Input_vipm_api.vi” parses the first two digits from the version, and if it's "20" (as in 2019) it throws an error. Unfortunately this causes an issue in LabVIEW 2020.

Work-around

You can modify this VI by simply deleting the "20" frame.
