Customizing the VI Package Name and Organization Name

Now, let's customize the package that we built during the Building your First Package exercise.

In this task you will edit the VI Package Name and Organization Name.

1) Open the Package Builder window and select the “Test Package Source” folder as your VI Package Source Folder. (Note that you obtained Test Package Source.zip in the Building your First Package exercise). This action will launch a window asking for product information.

Note that the company name is automatically populated for you.

2) Let's change the Product Name and Company Name fields to "utilities" and "acme", respectively and click Continue button.

3) The product information will be used for generating icons and other information as shown below.
